I do not like the purpose of this piece, but look at the beautiful wake and the laminar/turbulent interface

I’d like my Introduction to turbulence students, using the self-similar structure of the wake and the dimensional analysis to know from the photo (if the time is known) when it left the gun. Like the story about G.I. Taylor that discovered the size of the nuclear bomb from the series of photos. The power of dimensional analysis.
