Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV),
Stereoscopic PIV and Infrared Radiometry experiments in turbulent boundary layer flow;
Multi-dimensional flow field data analysis and visualization, identification and extraction of coherent patterns by using Proper Orthogonal Decomposition (POD), pattern recognition and spatial conditional sampling;
Design and implementation of a novel multi-plane stereoscopic PIV method (XPIV), three-dimensional and three-component velocity measurement technique, based on the optical arrangement and extensive digital image processing.
