New release of PyPIV

Dear users,

We got some bug reports from our users of the Python version after they moved to Python 2.4, scipy 0.5.3 and numpy 1.0+ versions. After a short check we suggest you to update the pyPIV source file to the current version, available at SourceForge.NET:
