If you look for a place for a conference, I suggest the Porquerolles Island (next to French Riviera). I just came back from "Turbulence and Interactions 2006" (where the energy production and dissipation of dilute polymer solutions was discussed) and I already registered to the next one (somewhere in 2008 or 2009) :-).
